Meet the team!
Mrs Manifold Class teacher
I have been teaching in primary schools since 2002 and I love my job! You will be taught by me every Monday and Tuesday but you will probably see me in school every Wednesday morning too. I love teaching Maths and I promise to teach you some cool maths tricks. I also love art and enjoy being really creative. I have two little girls who keep me very busy at home. One of my greatest achievements was running the London Marathon!
Mrs Gigg Class teacher
You will be taught by me every Thursday and Friday and you will probably see me in school every Wednesday morning too.
Miss Baker Class teacher
This is my second year teaching in year 5 and I absolutely love it. The best part of teaching for me is seeing those light bulb moments when you get an idea, figure something out or you’re bursting to tell me something you’re passionate about.Other than teaching I really enjoy playing rugby for my local women's team, watching films and crocheting.
PE sessions are held weekly. Please make sure you have your full PE kit in school everyday.
In Year 5, the three creative links themes that will link our creative curriculum are:
