My name is Mrs Blankson and I am going to be your new class teacher. I know it is a weird period to be with the class and I am looking forward to working with you. I have been teaching in London for some years now. We will be having a range of fun activities and interesting learning. I will ensure that I provide you with the best education and life skills.
I love cooking and trying out different dishes. I really enjoy reading and can’t wait to share stories with everybody.
My name is Miss. Robins and I have worked at Templars for two years, previously working at another Connected Learning MAT school for five years. I love gardening and enjoy watching all of the beautiful birds that visit my new bird feeding station! I also enjoy going to London and visiting museums and art galleries - something I am looking forward to doing again soon. I also like travelling, my favourite place that I have been to is Canada (where I have family) and luckily I get to visit regularly.
In the event of a lockdown, please find a day's worth of activities attached to get you started with your home learning.

Important class information
*Water bottles need to be cleaned every day and brought back into school.
*Piccadilly Circus have P.E on Thursday and Friday. P.E kits will be sent home on Friday to be washed.
* Children are able to change their reading books as soon as they have finished reading them. However, time will be dedicated on a Friday afternoon for children to change their books before the weekend.
Miss Robins hears 1:1 readers every afternoon, in addition to our group reading sessions.
Below is our weekly timetable for Spring 2:
Every Friday, Piccadilly Circus will receive homework that is set online to hand in for the following Friday. A task will be set on both Spelling Shed and MyMaths (see links below). The children have their own personal logins and passwords which are stuck into the front cover of their reading records. I would appreciate your support in ensuring that this is completed as it is beneficial that children begin to realise the importance of self-motivation from an early age.
Thank you and have fun. If there are any problems, do not hesitate to contact via the class email address.
Please find below some links suitable for you to use at home or at the weekend. GoNoodle are fun exercise breaks which you can sign up to for free and also on YouTube you will find lots of fantastic Yoga workouts hosted by Cosmic Kids which all the children have seen and used in class.
