I hope that you have all enjoyed your final half term of the year in Year 4. It is amazing how much we have all achieved so far.
I was thoroughly impressed with the homework presentations about Roman life and was pleased to see how much you all enjoyed the trip to Colchester castle.
This half term we will be focussing upon the environment and habitats in science and we will be applying they skills we have learnt during our creative links sessions. Through English we will be studying 1st person perspective and biographies. We are all also looking forward to 'Get Witham Reading.'
PE this half term will be on a Monday with athletics and Games sessions both being taught. Remember to ensure that you have a full PE kit in school for both indoor and outdoor use as we may have other opportunities for sport sessions keep your kit in school all week.
Year 4 Homework Project Summer 2
Review of Year 4.
Your task this term is to create a review of your year in Year 4.
This could include details about what we have done this year, what you have learnt, what you enjoyed.
These should be able to be used to explain to the pupils in Year 3 what they will be doing next year.
As before you can present your ideas however you would like, examples:
Or something of your own choice.
As with your previous homework you will be asked to present these to the rest of the class at the end of term. How you present it is completely up to you.
Remember to check on your mymaths accounts for your maths work weekly and to practice your spellings.
